Who can avail the benefits of PayPak loyalty program?
All new and existing PayPak cardholders can enjoy the benefits of this loyalty program.
Do I need to get Chip PayPak card for this loyalty program?
No. To ensure all customer can avail the benefits, this program is available on all card types including Magstripe and Chip.
Is this offer available on PayPak only cards?
This offer is available on all PayPak cards, PayPak Co-badged cards and any other Golootlo powered debit cards.
How to register for Golootlo discounts on PayPak card?
No prior registration is required to avail Golootlo discounts on PayPak cards. You simply need to dip or show (where POS terminals are not installed) your cards at 30,000+ merchants to enjoy exciting Buy One Get One and Discount deals. Alternatively, you can also register your PayPak card with Golootlo App to avail discounts (no need to carry plastic to avail discounts).
How to avail discounts on my PayPak card through Golootlo App?
These discounts can be availed by scanning the QR placed at Golootlo merchants through your Golootlo App.
Do I need to pay any fee for the Golootlo App?
The Golootlo App is free for all PayPak card customers. However, non PayPak card customers will have to pay a monthly fee to Golootlo to avail discounts.
Is there any limit on number of discounts?
Discounts will be available 365 days a year with NO limits on number of discounts availed.
What should I do if the merchant refused to give me a discount on my PayPak card?
In case an active discount deal is turned down, you can call the Golootlo helpline at +92-21-111-566-856 for further assistance or to lodge a complaint.
What is the insurance/takaful cover for PayPak customers?
All PayPak cardholders of participating banks will get insurance/takaful cover of PKR 100,000/-
Are there any conditions to qualify for insurance/takaful coverage?
Apart from age (18-65 years), no other conditions apply. There will be no screening or questions/answers – PayPak card qualifies the cardholder for coverage.
Is there any condition which is not covered in the plan?
Suicide, an attempt to suicide, self-inflicted injury, murder, assault, assassination, injury sustained through firearm injury and participation in any criminal act or violation of law.
Do I have an option to choose between insurance and takaful?
If your account is maintained under conventional banking, you will get insurance and if it is maintained under Islamic banking, takaful will be provided.
No. Insurance coverage is provided free of cost as part of your PayPak card benefits. There are no hidden charges.
Yes. Each PayPak card is individually covered under the insurance program, regardless of the number of cards a customer holds.
If a nominated beneficiary is already registered with the bank, EFU Life will contact and settle the claim directly with that individual. In the absence of a nominee, the legal spouse will be approached.
In the case of any dispute or conflicting claims, EFU Life will require a valid Succession Certificate from the relevant court for claim settlement.
No. All eligible claims are processed and paid out without any service charges or deductions.

No. Claims are valid only if the PayPak card is in active, warm, cold, or with inactive status.
You need to submit the following documents:
• CNIC of the deceased and beneficiary
• NADRA-issued Death Certificate
• Copy of the PayPak card or bank-issued verification
• FIR (in case of accidental death)

Yes. A detailed industry-wide circular outlining the insurance policy, benefits, and claims process was shared with all participating banks on May 26, 2025.
If I hold multiple PayPak cards from different banks, am I eligible for multiple claims?
