After town hall meetings in Karachi and Islamabad, the meeting was held at a local hotel in Lahore and attended by nearly all employees of the Central Region, regardless of their grades and cadres. The theme of the event was “acknowledging our champions for their commitment.” Mr. Farrukh Iqbal Khan, president and CEO, addressed the employees and opened the session for comments and suggestions. The employees highly appreciated the gesture by the president and CEO.

Later Mr. Farrukh Iqbal Khan President distributed certificates of Excellence to outstanding performers for the year 2022 while the Lifetime Achievement Awards were presented to the employees who retired from the bank in 2021 and 2022.

The second best RBH award on Pan Pakistan was awarded to Ms. Mobina Tariq.

Earlier, Hafiz Naveed ur Rehman Branch Manager Rahim Yar Khan recited the verses from the Holy Quran to begin the occasion.

After the National Anthem, Mr. Faisal Hussain, the head of business, and Ms. Sakina Alam, the head of human resources, both spoke. Ms. Shaheen Zamir, Head of Marketing and Service Quality, hosted the event.

A cake-cutting ceremony was also held, followed by a lunch. The whole FWBL family enjoyed the event.
